The Offshore support vessel coastal Jaguar caught massive fire after an explosion on 12 August 2019 at 11.30 AM. All 29 crew members jumped into the water to save their lives.

Indian Coast Guard ship and helicopter has been deployed for the rescue operations. Out of 29 crew members 28 have already been rescued and the search is on for the missing one crew member.
Although the reason for this massive fire is unknown, as per eye witness, the fire is followed by a massive explosion on the ship.
Indian coast guard ship said in a statement that crew members heard a loud sound which followed a huge fire. To save their lives all crew members jumped in the Sea.
28 crew members have been rescued successfully and medical assistance is being provided to the injured Seafarers.
Search is on for the missing one crew member. Coast Guard is hopefully of finding him at the earliest.
